With 30 years of experience in engineering, construction, and environmental remediation, Arturo Saenz leads SPC as Chief Executive Officer. Arturo’s bold leadership, attention to detail and pride in assuring the highest quality work has kept SPC thriving in the industry since 2003. For almost two decades his passion to improve the environment through sustainable and resilient infrastructure has not waivered. He has functioned as Program Manager and Contract Administrator for large, multi-site projects, and has managed more than 50 projects simultaneously. He has led environmental programs at the corporate, federal, state, and local government levels, including those owned and managed by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Illinois Capital Development Board (CDB), Chicago Housing Authority (CHA), and Chicago Public School system (CPS).
