Specialty Consulting, Inc. (SPC), is a Hispanic–owned, infrastructure engineering and scientific consulting firm based in Chicago. Established in 2002, the firm offers environmental engineering, industrial hygiene, structural-architectural engineering, and occupational safety consulting services. We maintain a staff of over 75 technical professionals delivering specialty consulting services for new infrastructure development, expansion, and renovation throughout Illinois and beyond.
