Project Overview

SPC reviewed the construction drawings and surveyed building’s HVAC system. Based upon the information collected, SPC conducted Pre-Occupancy Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ) testing after the completion of construction and prior to occupancy. SPC utilized testing protocols consistent with the EPA Compendium of Methods for determination of Air Pollutants in Indoor Air and as additionally detailed in the perform the environmental engineering services in six phases.
