SPC conducted hands-on inspection of the facades from swing stage, physical soundings were made to identify loose connections, observed conditions of cracking, spalling, loose connections, sealant failures, and open joints were documented, identified imminently hazardous and dangerous conditions, provided recommendations and prepared repair documents for temporary stabilization work and remedial actions. These temporary stabilization repairs were performed by a swing stage contractor. These “make-safe” repairs included removal and patching of loose concrete and replacement of cracked Glass Panels.
