Project Overview

Specialty Consulting, Inc. conducted visual inspection, mold and dust testing, reviewed HVAC system functionality and conducted hazardous materials inspection for the presence of asbestos-containing material and lead-based paint. SPC developed hazardous material abatement design documents as well as infection control processing protocols to ensure worker and patient safety throughout the construction process. SPC is currently providing construction management support to ensure conformance with the abatement design specifications and other environmental management procedures.
