Specialty Consulting, Inc. assisted in achieving Northwestern Memorial Healthcare’s vision for efficiently and effectively managing asbestos containing materials (ACM) in NMHC properties. In addition, electronic database system was to be developed for real-time tracking of asbestos inventory as well as associated cost. SPC’s project team, under the direct supervision of a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), worked with a team of NMHC representatives from Real Estate Office, Safety Office, Construction Office, and Information Technology to develop an electronic drawing and database system to track asbestos inventory and associated cost.
