The project includes structural engineering services currently being provided by Specialty Consulting Inc as a sub-consultant to Proteus Group, Capital Projects. The services are provided on task-order basis for structural design and/or modification of existing building framing systems. In the last two years, SPC provided engineering services for several projects located at different hospital buildings. These projects included installation of new radiology and angiography equipment, mechanical roof– top RTU Platforms, structural modification of existing bearing walls, structural feasibility study report for a new Liner Accelerator, and load capacity evaluation of existing floor systems and structural modifications to install new HVAC Duct at the JRB Building.
